Vegetarian Menus & Recipes, please.

I am wondering if some of the more experienced vegetarians can provide a sample menu or some recipes of things they eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I'm making the transition but want to be creative so I don't get bored with my food selections. Any help you could provide would be great. Thanks a bunch.
